We are seeking passionate professionals and community leaders to inspire and equip the next generation of poised and confident young women. If you have expertise in one of these areas, we would love to hear from you! 

How It Works

• Sessions take place in person on Saturdays between 1–5 PM in Southern Maryland. 
• Most presentations/workshops run for about 2 hours within that window. 
• Motivational Speakers lead engaging 30 minute talks designed to encourage and uplift our young girls. 
• Each volunteer typically contributes once per year in a single area. However, if you bring skills across categories (such as body language and image consulting), you may participate in more than one role 
• The Mental Health Counselor role is weekly, onsite (4 hours each week). 

This is a paid opportunity. Honorariums are provided for all volunteers.
